Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and bdtil ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bdtil website at https://bdtil.org and all associated services, games, and features offered thereon. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

By accessing the bdtil website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. bdtil reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Eligibility Requirements

The bdtil Platform is intended solely for use by eligible persons who meet all of the following criteria. It is your responsibility to ensure you are legally permitted to use the Platform in your jurisdiction.

• 1.1You must be at least 21 years of age. The minimum age to hold a bdtil account and place bets on the Platform is 21 years. Players aged under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or playing. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.
• 1.2You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity. Registrations made on behalf of a company, trust, or other legal entity are not permitted unless explicitly authorised by bdtil in writing.
• 1.3You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation in online gambling activities is lawful in your country, state, or territory of residence before registering.
• 1.4You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by bdtil or any third-party responsible gambling programme. If you have previously self-excluded and wish to reactivate your account, you must contact support and complete the required cooling-off period before any access is granted.
• 1.5You must not be an employee, director, officer, or contractor of bdtil, or a close family member of any such person, and must not use the Platform to gain any unfair advantage prohibited under these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Verification

Each player may hold only one registered account on bdtil. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held across those accounts. To open an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process.

• 2.1You are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before making a withdrawal. bdtil may request government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.
• 2.2You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bdtil will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• 2.3You must notify bdtil immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach. You can reach the support team at [email protected] at any time. bdtil reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation if a security incident is reported or detected.
• 2.4bdtil reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached or that the integrity of the Platform is at risk.

What Every bdtil Player Must Know

The following six principles summarise the most important rules governing your use of the bdtil Platform. Full details are set out in the clauses that follow.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bdtil are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdtil supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer options. The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on your bdtil account.

• 3.1The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. bdtil does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit received from an unverified or third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
• 3.2Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to the completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• 3.3bdtil does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges. bdtil is not responsible for any charges levied by your bank, mobile wallet operator, or card issuer in connection with transactions made on the Platform.
• 3.4Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended where bdtil has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. bdtil cooperates with applicable financial regulations and may be required to report certain transactions to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
• 3.5In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit to your account, you are obliged to notify bdtil immediately. bdtil reserves the right to reclaim any funds credited in error, regardless of whether those funds have been wagered or withdrawn. Use of funds known to have been credited in error constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

bdtil offers a welcome bonus and periodic promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of a conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term shall take precedence.

• 4.1The welcome bonus is available to new players making their first deposit only. Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once — including through duplicate accounts — will result in all associated bonuses being voided and the account being reviewed for suspension.
• 4.2All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated clearly at the point of offer. bdtil reserves the right to adjust wagering requirements for future promotions with reasonable notice.
• 4.3Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the individual promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games or betting markets will not contribute to the wagering requirement and may result in the bonus being voided entirely.
• 4.4bdtil reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any wagering already in progress under a valid promotion at the time of cancellation. Promotions are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred to another player.
• 4.5Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Expired free spins cannot be reinstated. Winnings from free spins are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the bdtil Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or sporting event on which the bet is placed. In all cases, the following general betting rules apply in addition to any game-specific or event-specific rules.

• 5.1Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Bets are final at the moment of placement. If a bet is placed in error, the player accepts sole responsibility for that error. bdtil will not reverse confirmed bets on the basis of player error except where a demonstrable technical fault on the Platform caused the error.
• 5.2bdtil reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a pricing error, data feed error, or where the outcome of an event was known before the market was offered. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account in full.
• 5.3Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the betting interface for each market. bdtil reserves the right to limit the stakes of any player at its discretion, particularly where unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• 5.4In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (for example, the ICC for international cricket, or the BCB for BPL matches) shall be the definitive result for settlement purposes on the bdtil Platform.

6. Responsible Gaming Obligations

bdtil takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity in a controlled and informed manner. Players are encouraged to make use of these tools proactively, without waiting until gambling becomes a problem.

• 6.1Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings at any time. Once a deposit limit is reduced, the change takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• 6.2Session time limits allow players to set a maximum duration for any single gaming session. Once the limit is reached, the player will be logged out automatically. Session limits can be set or adjusted from account settings at any time.
• 6.3Self-exclusion requests will result in the immediate suspension of your bdtil account for the duration requested (minimum 6 months). During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. bdtil will not send any marketing or promotional communications to a self-excluded player during the exclusion period.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdtil Platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive — bdtil reserves the right to take action against any conduct it deems harmful to the Platform or other users.

• 7.1Using any automated software, script, bot, crawler, or other non-human tool to interact with the Platform, access games, place bets, or claim bonuses. Any such activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure without refund.
• 7.2Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any coordinated activity designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit Platform mechanics for financial gain at the expense of the Platform or other users.
• 7.3Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source. bdtil is required to report suspected money laundering activity to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any associated investigation.
• 7.4Opening duplicate accounts, sharing accounts with another person, or providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification. bdtil actively cross-checks account details and uses third-party identity verification services to detect fraudulent registrations.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the bdtil Platform — including but not limited to the bdtil brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, game content, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bdtil or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. No part of the Platform's content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted, or distributed without the prior written permission of bdtil.

bdtil grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on Platform content. Any unauthorised use of bdtil's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdtil's liability to any player in connection with the use of the Platform is limited as set out in the clauses below. Nothing in these Terms shall limit bdtil's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

• 8.1bdtil is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if bdtil has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 8.2bdtil does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from interruption. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond bdtil's reasonable control. bdtil will not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of Platform unavailability.
• 8.3You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bdtil and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform in a manner not expressly authorised herein.

10. Amendments to These Terms

bdtil reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a proposed change is material — for example, a change to the minimum age requirement, withdrawal processing times, or bonus wagering requirements — bdtil will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where possible, by notifying registered players via the contact details held on their account.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing clauses, or updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice. All amendments take effect on the date stated in the updated Terms. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bdtil operates as an online platform and makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available in any particular jurisdiction. Players are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction before using the Platform. Any formal dispute that cannot be resolved through bdtil's internal support process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the territory in which bdtil is registered and operates.
